Cuisine at The Chanric Inn

Taking advantage of the bounty of the Napa Valley and the Inn's own organic garden, our professionally-trained chef prepares the "most important meal of the day" each morning from 8:30 am until 10:30 am.

Brunch at The Chanric Inn is always a magnificent and freshly-made three-course affair, expertly prepared and served with style. Guests are welcome to eat at their leisure and discretion at an intimate table for two, our Big Table, or alfresco on the sun-drenched patio.

Among others delights, brunch at The Chanric Inn might include:

  • Ratatouille with poached egg and shaved imported parmesan cheese, or
  • Seasonal soufle of wild mushrooms and gruyere cheese, or
  • Chived eggs on fontina toast, sauteed spinach, mushroom duxelles and white truffle oil

Our wine country brunch always includes freshly-baked pastries and seasonal fruit course, such as:

  • Red d'Anjou pear with sabayon mousseline, or
  • Watermelon soup with homemade peach and blueberry sorbet with walnut-mint oil
